Dog Fouling

The unpleasant issue of dog dirt is reported to the Parish Council on a regular basis.  The Council engages with Durham County Council Dog Warden Service to monitor 'hot spots' around the Parish.   We encourage our residents to report dog fouling issues directly to the County Council - please use the this link for more information:

Dog fouling spoils the environment, upsets local residents and can cause serious health risks, particularly to children. We ask all dog owners to pick up your dog's waste using a bag and put the dog waste in one of the many bins provided throughout the Parish.  Please encourage your family and friends to do the same.
